I’m Madeline – born in the 80s, raised in the 90s, and wondering if I’ll ever really feel like a proper grown up.
Perpetual Wednesday is the place for people like me. It’s for millennials who are technically grown ups, out in the world doing grown up things, but not feeling fully comfortable with the idea of actually being grown ups.
This is the place to find information on how to do pretty much everything you might need to do as a grown up.
From little things that you feel like you should know how to do, like boil an egg, to the big things like buying a house.
Oh, and the name?
It’s a nod to an episode of Buffy when Anya is talking about alternative dimensions. She mentions the crazy melty land, the world without shrimp, and the land of perpetual Wednesday.
I could make some tenuous link between a world where it’s perpetually Wednesday and life as you get older. But honestly, I just really like the quote. So here we are!
